HKRN – Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam

Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, or HKRN, is a state-level initiative to provide contractual-related employment. It was started on October 13, 2021, by the then Chief Minister of Haryana Manohar Lal Khattar. 

The scheme aims to provide fair, effective and crystal-clear job opportunities to the skilled workers on a contractual basis. 

HKRN; Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, known as an official portal, is operated and managed by the Haryana Government, helping the state to provide human resources across departments. 

The main objective of this plan is to bring centralized-level planning that can help to fight against corruption as before this scheme every department had the power to fulfil contractual recruitments, leading to misuse of funds and staffing.
