The Haryana Kaushal Rojgar Nigam (HKRN) is being established to make sure that all the contractual jobs for various departments can come from one station. However, for the central bodies in Haryana, it is not applicable. 

It was started in 2021 to make sure that corruption in contractual hiring can slow down in all the fields in state-level organisations, a single body can determine all the jobs. 

The process of applying for any job starts with the HKRN registration process. In this process, registration and documentation upload are the initial steps to enrol for a position.

The age of a candidate applying for any job under this program should be between 18 to 42 years old.

HKRN Registration Fee Details

For the first-time user in HKRN Registration and beyond, ₹250 is only paid when applying for a job or position. It is because registration is free and in case anybody asks for the money to complete the registration process, informing the customer care team is a must. So, the only cost is for applying for a job and not registration. 

In-Detail Process of HKRN Registration 2025

The initial step is to open the official website: HKRN Registration https://hkrnl.itiharyana.gov.in. 

Now the menu bar on the home page shows the Candidate Registration & Login section, click there and then the following page will open.

Now enter “Enter your Family ID (PPP)” and click on the “Display Member” button.  

It would open the list of your family members. The next step is to click on your name. It would then send an OTP on your registered mobile, which should be verified via an OTP. 

Now all the major to minor details would come under one page. Read it all scroll down and then click on ‘Generate Registration ID’.

It would then open the next page and the Registration ID would be available to be seen on the screen. 

This step is to check all the details and even provide an alternate email and contact number. 

Now upload the educational qualifications detail along with National Skills Qualifications Framework details and Common Eligibility Test. After filling details, click on the next button. 

The very section is to fill Socio-Economic Criteria. Fill it out and enter next. 

The last step is to provide Experience Details of your work experience.
