HKRN Salary Structure Introduction 

HKRN covers all the departments, boards, corporations etc, providing them ad-hoc contractual professionals. Depending upon the work, the wages are being decided. They are not following the old “DC Rate” system as now HKRN does select the overall outlook of salaries across different job positions. Categorization Of HKRN Salary Across Different Districts

Nigam Wage Rates are being divided into three sections and these are as follows. 

Districts Category	Name of the District
Category I	Gurugram, Faridabad, Panchkula and Sonipat
	Delhi and Chandigarh- in the offices under the control of State Government which are situated in Delhi or Chandigarh.
Category II	Panipat, Jhajjar, Palwal, Karnal, Ambala, Hisar, Rohtak, Rewari, Kurukshetra, Kaithal, Yamunanagar, Bhiwani & Jind
Category III	Mahendergarh, Fatehabad, Sirsa, Nuh and Charkhi Dadr

Urban and rural developments and inflation play a major role in the HKRN salary structure: 

• Category I: This is being dedicated to major cities like Delhi and Chandigarh. It also includes metropolitan cities, where the population is more than 10 lakhs. 
• Category II: On this list, in-between districts between Category I and III come. 
• Category III: Here all the rural places come. The HKRN salary structure, thus, is different.

Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam (HKRN) has set official guidelines that play a major role in determining the salary of a professional.  

The following table provides an in-detail outlook of salary structure. From Level 1 to Level 3, one can see an 8 per cent increase in Nigam Wage Rates. This salary structure is the latest one and has been affected since 01-07-2024.

HKRN salary has various factors that play a major role in determining the factors on how much a person would receive the money.

• District Categorisation: Districts are being covered under three different sections. They are categories I, II, and III. Due to urban inflation, the first category tends to get higher wages. 
• Job Role: Every job is different and depending upon the work, the wages are being decided. It is very simple more responsibility means more wages.
